Do you accept returns?
RPGSHOW wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:
Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
How to return (exchange) the wig?
Our stock lace wigs may be exchanged for another stock wig or for a custom made wig (of equal or lesser value) and it won’t be charged any fee.
Except some special condition, our custom lace wigs usually can’t be exchanged because of the specialty of the item. Please take your measurements and other options very carefully. We will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. We are not responsible if you have not measured properly and your wig does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings.
Customes are responsible for paying the cost of shipping for any returns. If the cost of the new item is more than the original unit, you need pay the difference charge.
When you place an order on our site, our stylist begin working for you. If you wish to cancel your order, it should be done within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we won’t accept your order cancellation request. Thanks for your understanding!
Any changes to stock lace wigs order won’t be accepted after the order is done. We accept any acceptable changes to custom lace wigs(for example: length, lace color, style, etc.). Here are the rules of changes of the order (custom):
