I am writing to share my experience with Rpgshow.com. I ordered from them reluctantly at first, because I have been burned before with poor quality hair, and even poorer customer service. I was also worried about buying from a foreign company. Let me tell you that all my fears were quickly laid to rest. First the service, when I placed my order for an els119 glue-less in a #2 yaki, immediately I saw that my payment was received. However, I noticed that there was no tracking info. Furthermore, even though I set up an account, I couldn't access it. So, I called the customer service number and the lady that I spoke to was more than helpful. She gave me all of my tracking info, and she immediately began looking into my account issue. As it turned out, she was unable to help me on the spot with my login, but she assured me that she would resolve my issue and get back with me. I expected to wait at least a day or to for a solution. To my surprise, I received an email within 2 hours notifying me that my problem was resolved. And for the quality...stunning. I purposely waited a few weeks so the hair's "true nature" would have a chance to come true (ladies i know you know what i mean). Let me say first that the yaki that is used on these units is by far the most natural beautiful yaki I have seen. There were almost no flyaways, and the texture looked and felt EXACTLY like my hair after a blowout. There was no unnatural shine, but the hair looks pampered and healthy. There is no tangling and shedding is minimal(usually right after a wash). I get compliments from men and women alike. To give you an idea of my life style...it is very active. I workout everyday intensly. I wear ponytails everyday, and I use low heat for styling on friday nights. No matter what my hair is flawless and photo-ready!! Thanks RPGshow!

Thank you for you email I have recieved my wig AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it. It's so soft and pretty and easy to wash very vety little tangling I'll try to attach a picture to this email. You will be the only place I order from from now on.
I received my wig in 4 days put it on and fell in love. The hair is so soft and beautiful. The lace melted right into my skin. Attached are some pictures that you can use along with review.
