Directions: First adjust the heat setting to 122ºF and warm up the wig case 10-15 minutes in advance. Wash your wig or extensions and wipe the hair down gently with a towel. Next, add your favorite conditioner or treatment to the hair piece and place treated hair piece into the 2-in-1 thermal wig bag (PLEASE MAKE SURE PUT THE WET HAIR IN, BUT NO WATER IN). Close the case and adjust the heat setting to 149ºF. After 20 minutes, please remove the wig from the case and rinse. Next, air or blow dry the wig. Lastly, you may install and style as usual.


Please do not submerge the carrier case under water. Keep out of reach of children.


When the temperature reaches 185ºF or the time reaches 60mins, the thermostat automatically disconnects the power supply, avoids high temperatures and generates hidden problems.

I’m happy to give my opinion of the products that I purchased.
Regarding the heating cap, WE LOVE IT! My Daughter, Granddaughter, and myself have all used it twice, last Sunday and the Sunday before last. My hair felt like cotton when I was finished. My Granddaughter said her curls were very defined, and my Daughter said her hair color looked revitalized and brighter!
I’ve used the Thermal Wig case twice after washing my wigs. I condition the wig and place in a Ziploc bag and place it in the Thermal case for 15 minutes. I have been very pleased with the results. Thank you.

"I washed my wig using the shampoo and conditioner included with the wig travel case. I placed the wig in the case and allowed it to sit in the case for 20 minutes. Once I took it out, I immediately noticed how smooth the wig felt even before I rinsed it out. I rinsed it out and towel-dried the wig and allowed it to air dry for 24 hours. Then I blowed dried the unit and it looks great.

The wig that I used was my laidbytima002 which I purchased in May 12th, 2000. I have worn the wig every day since May and I have only washed it a couple of times, so it definitely needed a good treatment. "

I am extremely satisfied with the result. I would suggest that the cover of the unit not be completely removable. It was a little tricky to get the cover to zip completely. If the cover is attached I think it will zip and close easier.

I try to maintain them at least once a month depending on how often I am using them.
I would like to see moisture to the hair, luster, less shedding, and easy to style. I want the hair to look like I just came from the salon. Your wigs are of high quality and when you pay a lot of money for your wigs, it is worth the investment to take care of them so that they last a long time.

I used my, now almost 2 years old, Ravenelyse002 natural brown wig, which is my absolute favourite wig. She use to be 20", now she is much shorter. I washed the wig with the Absorver shampoo which removed all of the grease and dirt. Then I turned on the travel case to the correct temperature which warmed up in about 7 minutes, after shampooing once, I towel dried the hair, applied the absorver conditioner and combed through. Then I placed the wig in the thermal bag and zipped it up. After the time was up I just rinsed and styled.

This is wonderful, I am very satisfied with the simple fact that I can get such great results treating my wigs on my own at home.

I feel that a wig needs maintenance if it is not holding styling products properly or not flat ironing or curling properly with styling tools. I usually maintain my wigs once a month or even longer. Light trims and extra moistourizer. I would like to see this product bring luster and shine back into older wigs, a lot of the time I feel like that is what makes me steer away from them. They just need to be brought back to life.

"I‘ve purchased wigs from RPGShow for over 6 years because of the high quality beautiful hair and their prices are amazing considering how long the wigs last. Which is why I was super excited to try the All in One Thermal Hair Care Kit. I took an old wig that I purchased from RPGShow I believe in March of 2019, I no longer wear due to the hair being dry, brittle, and dull. I first washed it with RPG‘s no more damage amino acid Shampoo, it’s supposed to softens and shines brittle wigs and weaves. After washing out the shampoo, I squeezed the excess water out from my wig and added RPG‘s absorver buriti oil wig deep conditioner. This conditioner helps add moisture and nutrients back into hair. Then I put the hair into the all in one thermal wig travel case for 30 minutes on the recommended setting. Next, I washed the conditioner out and let it air dry. Once the wig dried the hair felt so soft, looked silky, and smelled great. Wow, I was so surprised how revived, healthy and pretty it is now. Having a way to make my wigs last longer I‘m all for it which is why I would recommend the kit. Thank you so much, RPGShow."

Compared to what I‘ve used before, this works. I‘m hoping it‘ll last with it‘s shine and softness between washes. I think if I was able to use it before my wig was damaged due to high heat, color, sun, and hairspray, it would have stayed shiny and bouncy.

I use my wigs every day, I usually wash them once a week and deep condition them every 2 weeks when it becomes shedding, tangled, dry, brittle, dull or lost of bounciness.

Return & exchange policy

The goal at RPGShow is creating high-quality full lace human wigs. We understand that sometimes a wig may not be suitable for a customer, or a mistake is made while ordering, which is why we provide a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy.
Below are the details:
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of lace wigs that have not been cut, tampered or altered. Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, due to this we do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

  • Please ensure the first contact within 7 working days once received.
    (Once beyond 7 working days, we won't offer free exchange or free return service)
    (Please keep a good contact during this period)
  • All wigs except for cap construction and cap size can be freely exchanged
    (In the event the customer made an error in choosing cap construction or cap size,
    we may charge a $30 restocking and handling fee.)
  • Custom wigs will be charged for the marking of this merchandise if they want to return this wig , please contact customer service for more details.
  • We only provide one -time complimentary exchange service, a $30 restocking and handling fee will be charged for the second exchange.
  • Clearance wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our customer service representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days. (except for holidays and vacations) After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return &Exchange address to send your unit to.

Step 3
Please ship wig back to the address we provide you, please include the order number. You're also responsible for the return shipping charge, which is about $8-$12 for U.S. customers.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
For customers outside of the US, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than FedEx, Ups, DHL and etc.

Repair services

Our customers can enjoy a one -time complimentary repair service for their unit within three months of purchase(except some man-made serious damage). If you wish to have your wig repaired after 3 months, you will be charged a fee based on the repair that needs to be done. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
