Return & exchange process

Step 1
Contact Customer Care

Please email[email protected]with your order number, reason for return, and item pictures.

Step 2
Receive Return Address

Our team will address your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and vacations). Upon approval, you will receive the Return & Exchange address.

Step 3
Process Refund or Exchange

After shipping your package, email the tracking number to[email protected]. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment account within 1-3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• To initiate a return or exchange, the product must be in its original - uncut and unaltered condition, with the original packaging intact. Please note that we do not accept returns of used items due to hygiene and public safety concerns.
• Unused items can be replaced or returned within 30 days of receipt without any handling fees. In the case of a second or subsequent refund for the same order（e.g.canceling or returning a replacement in production or post-delivery）, a restocking and handling fee of $30 will be charged each time.
• When initiating the return, kindly note that customers bear the shipping costs for returning the item .
• All wigs except for cap construction and cap size can be freely exchanged. In the event of an error in choosing cap construction or size, a $30 restocking and handling fee may be charged.
• Custom wigs will be charged for the marking of this merchandise if they want to return this wig , please contact customer service ( [email protected]) for more details.
• Clearance wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.
• To avoid impacting your personal credit rating and reducing the risk of being automatically added to the blacklist by the system, please follow the guidelines below:

• Avoid making multiple consecutive returns.
• Refrain from requesting multiple consecutive exchanges.
• Try not to cancel orders repeatedly in succession.
• Do not cut the lace of the item and then return it.
